The thermo-syphon cooling arrangement is shown in figure.\r\n \tThe top and bottom of the radiator are connected to the top and bottom of the cylinder water jacket respectively with the help of pipes.\r\n \tThe radiator is cooled by causing air to flow over it. Air flow is achieved by vehicle motion or a fan provided.\r\n \tThe heated water in cylinder water jacket becomes light and moves out of the upper connection pipe into the radiator and travels down from upper tank to lower tank, rejecting heat as it travels. This cooled water from the lower tank is passed into the cylinder water jacket and hence circulated again for the process.\r\n \tAn important limitation of this system is that the cooling depends only on temperature and is independent of engine speed. Dissociation can also be looked as the reverse process to combustion. During dissociation the heat is absorbed whereas during combustion the heat is liberated. In IC engines, mainly dissociation of CO2 into CO and O2 occurs, whereas there is very little dissociation of H2O.\r\nThe dissociation of CO2 into CO and O2 starts commencing around 1000oC and the reaction equation can be written as\r\nCO2=2CO+O2+HeatCO2=2CO+O2+Heat\r\nSimilarly, the dissociation of\u00a0H2OH2O\u00a0occurs at temperatures above\u00a01300\u2218C1300\u2218C\u00a0and is written as\r\nH2O=2H2+O2+HeatH2O=2H2+O2+Heat\r\nThe presence of CO and\u00a0O2O2\u00a0in the gases tends to prevent dissociation of\u00a0CO2CO2; this is noticeable in a rich fuel mixture, which by producing more CO, suppresses dissociation of\u00a0CO2CO2. In case of ICE heat transfer to the cooling medium causes a reduction in the maximum temperature and pressure. As the temperature falls during the expansion stroke the separated constituents recombine; the heat absorbed during dissociation is thus again released, but it is too late in the stroke to recover entirely the lost power. A portion of this heat is carried away by the exhaust gases. Fig\u00a0 shows a typical curve that indicates the reduction in the temperature of the exhaust gas mixtures due to dissociation with respect to A\/F ratio. With no dissociation maximum temperature is attained at chemically correct air-fuel ratio. With dissociation maximum temperature is obtained when mixture is slightly rich. Dissociation reduces the maximum temperature by about\u00a0300\u2218C\u00a0300\u2218C\u00a0even at the chemically correct A\/F ratio. In the fig\u00a0 lean mixtures and rich mixtures marked clearly.\r\n\r\nEffect of Dissociation on Temperature\r\n\r\nThe effect of dissociation on output power is shown in fig for a typical four stroke spark ignition engine operating at constant speed. If there is no dissociation, the brake power output is maximum when the mixture ratio is stoichiometric. The shaded area between the brake power graphs shows the loss of power due to dissociation. When the mixture is quite lean there is no dissociation. As the A\/F ratio decreases i.e., as the mixture becomes rich the maximum temperature raises and dissociation commences. The maximum dissociation occurs at chemically correct mixture strength. As the mixture becomes richer, dissociation effect tends to decline due to incomplete combustion.\r\n\r\neffect of dissociation on power\r\n\r\nDissociation effects are not so pronounced in a CI engine as in an SI engine. A drainage ditch is a narrow channel that is dug at the side of a road or field to carry away the water. Nowadays, even though automation plays a vital role in all industrial applications in the proper disposal of sewages from industries and sewage cleaning is still a challenging task. Drainage pipes are used for the disposal of sewage and unfortunately sometimes there may be loss of human life while cleaning the blockages in the drainage pipes. The municipality workers are only responsible to ensure that the sewage is clean or not. Though they clean the ditches at the side of buildings, they can\u2019t clean in very wide sewages. The municipality workers need to get down into the sewage sludge to clean the wide sewage. The components are rest on frame serve as main body of the project. The steel pipe with pressurize air generates pressure head to run the project on water surface.
