They made it possible for one person to move thousands of pounds at once. Well-maintained and safely operated forklifts make lifting and transporting cargo infinitely easier. Hydraulic pump unit:\r\n\r\nPump is the main element of the hydraulic forklift and mainly responsible for lifting heavy load at minimum efforts. And Is intended for the lifting of load and traveling of forklift at short distances. The front wheels are generally made from nylon, high grade plastic or from any other metal or non metal. The main requirement for the material is that it must work on rough surfaces and lift the load according to its capacity without bending and cracks.\r\n\r\n6. Handle:\r\n\r\nHandle is also very important part of the fork lift. It is used for mainly three purposes.\r\n1. For creating pressure in the cylinder by tilting or pushing the handle frequently.\r\n2. For the proper direction alignment of the forklift by hand.\r\n3. For the traveling of forklift by pushing the handle in forward direction.\r\n\r\nThe fork lift handle works as a lever for lifting the load. And is generally made from a round bar of mild steel. In India farmer are facing problem due to unavailability of labor. We can expect the robot performing agriculture operation autonomously such as mechanical weed control, digging, weeding, seed sowing, and spraying.\r\nAIM OF PROJECT\r\nAs we all know the main requirement in the industry or any firm is man power. So the main objective of our project is to reduce the need of man power. The agriculture sector is the one where not only number of labours are required but also they must have the required skill set for farming. Need of labours can be accomplish by automating the process of seed sowing, ploughing and water spraying by using solar panel. The \u201cSeed plantation and ploughing\u201d is one of the most important and day-to-day job of the farmers. Conventional method suffers from various problems. The main aim of our project is to reduce the human effort, time requirement and to increased accuracy of the seed plantation project design.\r\n\r\nFarmers today spend a lot of money on machines that help them decrease labor work and increase yield of crops. There are various machines that are available for ploughing, harvesting, spraying pesticides etc., however these machines have to be manually operated to perform the required operations and moreover separate machines are used for every functions. The yield and profit returns from employing this equipment are very less as compared to the investment. Another issue is the growing demands of the world\u2019s population. The World Health Organization estimates that Earth\u2019s population will touch 9 billion in 35 years which will lead to a staggering demand in increase of growth of food crops. Automation is the ideal solution to overcome all the above mentioned shortcomings by creating machines that perform more than one operation and automating those operations to increase yield on a large scale.\r\n\r\nAgriculture is humankind\u2019s oldest and still important economic activity, providing the food, feeder, fiber and fuel necessary for our survival. The current trend in agricultural robot development is to build more smart efficient machines that reduce the expense of the farmer while still providing one more services and higher quality which is precisely what we have done in this paper. Development of a robot that can perform automated ploughing and seeding operation can be manually navigated by the farmer and stabilizes the humidity in the environment.\r\n\r\nagricultural robot Design - Mechanical project design\r\nWORKING PRINCIPLE\r\n\r\n \tThe assembly of the robotic system is built using high torque DC motor, RF module (transmitter receiver) for wireless communication , relay driver circuit, Battery package and microcontroller module which is shown in block diagram above.\r\n \tWhen DC motor is started, the vehicle moves along the particular columns of ploughed land for digging and sowing the seeds and its movement is controlled by remote guiding device.\r\n \tLCD module is used to display the condition of the battery level. Agriculture is a branch of applied science. Agriculture is the science and art of farming including cultivating the soil, producing crops and raising livestock. Over the years, agricultural practices have been carried out by small-holders cultivating between 2 to 3 hectare, using human labor and traditional tools such as wooden plough, yoke, leveler, harrow, mallot, spade, big sikle etc. These tools are used in land preparation, for sowing of seeds, weeding and harvesting.\r\nModern agricultural techniques and equipments are not used by small land holders because these equipments are too expensive and difficult to acquire. By adopting scientific farming methods we can get maximum yield and good quality crops which can save a farmer from going bankrupt but majority of farmers still uses primitive method of farming techniques due to lack of knowledge or lack of investment for utilizing modern equipment.\r\nHence in this work of project we decided to design a better mechanical machine which is available to the farmers at a cheaper rate and also which can sow and seed the crop at the same time. It also tends the shafts and the gears to rotate at that finite speed as well. The another Dc motor motor which is connected with the transport wheels is for the moving purpose of the project. The furrow opener is attached with the shafts and the seed container. It is used to make furrow far making space for the seeds to plant. As the furrow opener digs the soil for making space for the seeds, simultaneously seeds go down through the seeds container into the lane made by the furrow opener. The furrow opener is attached with the circuitry of the shafts and gears. It works according the movement of the gears and the shafts.\r\nADVANTAGES\r\n\u2022 It saves labor cost\r\n\u2022 It saves operating time and saving on cost of operation as compared \u2013 to conventional method of behind country plough\r\n\u2022 It is light in weight as compared to present devices.\r\n\u2022 It reduced the use of man power up to 50 % .\r\n\u2022 It is cheaper so poorer farmer can also afford this modern devices\r\n\u2022 The plough enter in to the soil and automatic dropping of seeds takes place,\r\n\u2022 It can be used also for various seed.\r\nCONCLUSION\r\nThe main focus of this system is its Automatic way of sowing the seeds. The seeds are been sowed in a proper sequence which results in proper germination of seeds. This automatic way of sowing seeds using a robot reduces the labour requirement. Here the wastage of seeds is also been reduced to a greater extent. Here with the help of a robot the seeds are been dispensed in the soil in a proper sequence here by reducing the wastage of seeds.
